Fool On Receives Award From Communities Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Fool On on its award from the Communities Mental Health and Wellbeing fund, administered by Voluntary Action South Lanarkshire (VASLan); understands that this funding allows the organisation to bring its services to South Lanarkshire for the first time; further understands that the group will meet in the Whitehill Neighbourhood Centre in Hamilton every Tuesday evening from 10 January 2023, bringing performing arts to the local community, where anyone over the age of 16 can learn a musical instrument, try some singing, creative writing or just to socialise with others, and wishes Fool On every success in their endeavours to improve the mental health and wellbeing of local communities through performing arts.
