Action Old Kilpatrick Recognised by Beautiful Scotland and It’s Your Neighbourhood

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Action Old Kilpatrick for its recognition in the Beautiful Scotland and It’s Your Neighbourhood annual seminar and celebration event which took place on 8 December 2022; understands that the group has developed a number of small gardening areas in the village, which they have planted up and maintained for several years, as well as carrying out other activities within the community such as litter-pick sessions and Christmas tree decorating in the wintertime; acknowledges what it considers the great appreciation that is shown to the group by local residents, and thanks all volunteers for their work and dedication to the area.
