Milngavie Make-Up Artist Wins Accolade at The Scottish Hair and Beauty Awards 2022

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Colleen Davidson Artistry of Milngavie on being awarded Hair and Make-up Specialist of the Year at The Scottish Hair and Beauty Awards 2022; understands that a glittering ceremony took place in Glasgow recently, with entrants from around the country; further understands that Colleen's work has included high profile international clients during COP26, BBC quiz shows Impossible and The Tournament, and fashion projects such as The Scottish Wedding Show, the Confucius Institute exhibition From Shanghai With Love at the 2018 Edinburgh Fringe, and Johnston’s of Elgin's Spring/Summer 2019 presentation at London Fashion Week, and wishes her every success for the future.
