Finechty Men's Shed
The motion
That the Parliament welcomes the award of £10,000 to Finechty Men’s Shed from the National Lottery Community Fund; believes that the funding will see the men’s shed venue connected to the mains electricity and water networks, allowing the venue to become a usable asset for the whole Finechty community, and commends Finechty Men’s Shed's work in the local community, which, it understands, has seen the group carry out projects of community improvement such as creating garden areas for the local primary school and hospital.
