Asda Donates to Veterans into Logistics Charity

The motion

That the Parliament recognises that Asda has donated £40,000 to the charity, Veteran’s into Logistics; further recognises that the donation will go towards training and mentoring 10 veterans; notes that the charity helps to train armed forces veterans into new careers as HGV drivers, and further notes that Asda also confirmed a two-year established partnership between Veterans into Logistics and Asda Logistics Services to prevent homelessness and unemployment in the veteran community.
