John Dalrymple Retires from Dumbarton Council on Alcohol After 46 Years

The motion

That the Parliament commends the work of John Dalrymple, who is retiring from Dumbarton Council on Alcohol (DACA) after 46 years of voluntary service; believes that he joined the organisation in 1976, and has spent the last four decades helping those within the community who needed it most; understands that DACA provides support to hundreds of people each year from its bases in Clydebank and Dumbarton; expresses its gratitude and appreciation to John for his commitment and dedication to this service, and wishes him a very happy and long retirement.
