Care Workers Raise £1,250 for Festive Cheer
The motion
That the Parliament recognises the fundraising efforts of staff and friends from Craigie House, Crossgates, who undertook a sponsored walk to raise funds to purchase Christmas presents for their residents; understands that the walk was well attended both by off-duty staff, their family and friends; notes that the sponsored walk was over the Forth Road Bridge with all going smoothly; congratulates all involved on raising such a large amount, and wishes them all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
