Clydebank 2013s Awarded £5,000 Grant from Big Lottery Fund

The motion

That the Parliament applauds Clydebank 2013s FC for being awarded £5,000 from the Big Lottery Fund; understands that the club was founded in January 2022, with 32 children across three teams and nine coaches and volunteers, including James McCafferty, who has been coaching football for 20 years; notes that the group plan to use the money to purchase new match day strips, training wear and warm jackets and raincoats for the players; acknowledges the difference that this grant will make to the local team, as it is able to buy essential equipment for the children, and looks forward to seeing what the club gets up to.
