Fort Street Residential Children's Home Receives Seal of Approval
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates the staff and management of Fort Street Residential Children's House, in Motherwell, on receiving a seal of approval from the Care Inspectorate; understands that it received good to very good ratings for the support it provides to the young people, including its approach to health and wellbeing, and the help and care given to ensure that everyone feels safe and included; commends the hard work and dedication of the staff and management on delivering what it sees as excellence and a high-quality service; considers that the staff's commitment to the children is unquestionable, whilst providing an individual tailored approach, and wishes all the staff and the young people continued success for the future.
