Greenhead Moss Conservation Group

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Greenhead Moss Conservation Group on its recent success at the Keep Scotland Beautiful Awards, receiving a Level 5 - Outstanding Certificate of Distinction; understands that Greenhead Moss Conservation Group is a dedicated band of volunteers, who are committed to enhancing and protecting Greenhead Moss Local Nature Reserve and its wildlife, to benefit both the local biodiversity and the local communities who use the site for outdoor leisure; notes that Keep Scotland Beautiful awards recognise the valuable contribution of community groups across the country who are working to make their local areas a cleaner, greener and more sustainable place; commends the volunteers and acknowledges the contribution that community groups make to their communities; congratulates Greenhead Moss Conservation Group on its success, and wishes everyone involved all the best for the future.
