Connie McCready Featured in The Herald Scot of the Year

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates New College Lanarkshire’s Student Funding Assistant, Connie McCready, for her recognition in the The Herald Scot of the Year; understands that, following the tragic loss of her fiancé, Connie led the first memorial walk at the official opening of the first phase of the National Covid Memorial; notes that, during this difficult time, Connie also set up a support group on social media to help other families experiencing the same pain; commends Connie for her work, and wishes her all the best for the future.
