Kinghorn RNLI Rescues Labrador in Latest Mercy Mission

The motion

That the Parliament commends Kinghorn Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI) after volunteers rescued a red fox labrador after it fell from a 3m sea wall into the water; understands that the rescue of the dog, named Callie, is just one of a number of recent successful rescues by the volunteer crew who risk their lives on a regular basis in carrying out dangerous rescue missions in the Firth of Forth; further understands that Kinghorn RNLI has seen a 50% increase in the number of call-outs in recent years and that the Kinghorn crew has previously been featured on the BBC series, Saving Lives at Sea, highlighting the fearless volunteers who risk dangerous waters to save others; thanks Kinghorn RNLI for its service, and wishes it all the very best for the future.
