Congratulating Dr Archana Allahabadia on Her Retirement from Caring for the East Kilbride Community

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates general practitioner Dr Archana Allahabadia on retiring from Calderlea Surgery, at the Alison Lea Medical Centre, in East Kilbride; recognises that Dr Allahabadia’s commitment to her patients after almost 29 years of caring for the East Kilbride community, as well as her excellence in acting as lead GP trainer for 25 years; acknowledges the challenges that Dr Allahabadia has faced working in general practice and the strong relationships that she has built with her patients, and wishes Dr Allahabadia a happy and healthy retirement.
