Congratulating Optimum Group Services

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Sheryl Cassidy and Vicky Mooney from Optimum Group Services cleaning on being named the Domestic Cleaning Business Network Newcomer of the Year for 2022, having only started the company in April 2022; considers that this is a remarkable success story for Clydebank and all of its entrepreneurs; understands that the pair plan to treble their workforce by the end of 2023; notes that the company's portfolio includes construction, property developers, holiday lets, domestic clients and housing associations, offering a range of services; understands that both Sheryl and Vicky gave up full-time employment in order to take the risk of starting their own business and could not be happier that they made the jump; commends them on this achievement, and wishes them the best of luck with their business in the future.
