Benarty Heritage Preservation Group

The motion

That the Parliament recognises the volunteers of the Benarty Heritage Preservation Group (BHPG) for their hard work and dedication to preserving the history of their local area; notes that the group seeks to preserve the history of the Benarty area, to ensure that residents are educated on the history of the local area as it develops; understands that the BHPG meets every Monday between 1.30 pm and 3.30 pm at Benarty Community Centre; encourages interested individuals to head along and get involved; recognises the collection of publications from the BHPG including Fife - The Kingdom of Coal, The Tragic Death of John Thomson, and many more; thanks the volunteers for all the work that they are doing, and wishes them all the very best for the future.
