St Aidan's High School £2 a Day Challenge

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates the pupils of St Aidan's High School, Wishaw, who donated almost £500 to Paul's Parcels in Shotts, a local food community larder; understands that the pupils were sponsored to take up the challenge of living on £2 per day; further understands that Paul's Parcels is a local charity that focuses on helping those living with food insecurity and poverty; believes that community groups across Lanarkshire have created safe and warm spaces, and thanks the pupils and staff of St Aidan's, along with all the community groups for their commitment during what it considers to be the unprecedented crisis that communities currently face.
