Stirling 2023 Scottish Bread Championship Winners

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Monacyle Mhor, Balquhidder, Mhor Bread, Callander, and Vera Artisan Bakery, Stirling, on winning a number of awards at the 2023 Scottish Bread Championship at the inaugural Scottish Real Bread Festival at the Bowhouse, St Monans, on 25 February 2023; praises Monachyle Mhor on winning bronze awards in the Class 1: Classic Sourdough Bread category, for its sourdough, and, in the Class 6: Cottage Loaf category, for its multigrain loaf; commends Mhor Bread on winning four gold awards, three silver awards and one bronze award, including golds in the Class 2: Enriched Sourdough Bread category for its walnut sourdough and oatmeal sourdough, and, in the Class 4: Breads Reflecting Scotland's Food Culture category, for its garlic focaccia sourdough and choc chip sourdough brioche, and applauds Vera Artisan Bakery on winning a bronze award in the Class 2: Enriched Sourdough Bread category for its charcoal sourdough.
