Ayr and District Young Farmers Raise Funds for Ayrshire Cancer Support

The motion

That the Parliament applauds the Ayr and District Young Farmers Association (YFA) in raising £1,000 for Ayrshire Cancer Support; notes that Ayrshire Cancer Support is a charity that provides practical help and emotional support to people in Ayrshire affected by cancer; understands that the members of the Ayr and District YFA raised this money through a sheep shearing competition; believes that a cheque was presented to Ayrshire Cancer Support on 7 March 2023; praises all involved at the Ayr and District YFA for their charitable efforts, and wishes everyone at Ayrshire Cancer Support all the best for the future.
