Industrial Cadets Bronze Project
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Dalziel High School, Motherwell, and St Aidan’s High School, Wishaw, which recently completed their Industrial Cadets Bronze Project; notes that the Industrial Cadets Project helps to create workplace experiences, develop employability skills and empower young people by offering active learning experiences in STEM education; further notes that the project works in association with the Engineering Development Trust and receives support from numerous global companies in its efforts to support young people’s journeys to future careers; understands that bronze level graduates completed over 20 hours of activities, including company and sector research, visits to company sites for students, and presentations of programme outcomes; commends the work of the pupils of St Aidan’s and Dalziel high schools, and wishes them all the best with their studies.
