Best Way Community Development Awarded £10,000 Grant from the National Lottery Community Fund

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Best Way Community Development on its recent award of £10,000 in funding from the National Lottery Community Fund; understands that this funding will allow the group to continue and increase the reach of its food bank, which was set up in 2020; further understands that the group has seen a significant rise in demand during the current cost of living crisis, and wishes the group well in its endeavours to support the local community of Jerviston, Motherwell and Bellshill.
