You Are My Sunshine Receives £10,040 from the National Lottery Community Fund
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates You Are My Sunshine (YAMS), Gemma's Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub, on its recent award of £10,040 in funding from the National Lottery Community Fund; understands that this funding will allow YAMS to increase the availability of its direct mental health support services, delivered mainly in the Newarthill area; further understands that its services include talks on mental health issues, a range of wellbeing activities and classes, and counselling sessions, and wishes the group well in supporting the mental health of the local community.
