Ten Falkirk Pupils Secure Spot on Podium at Forth Valley Cross Country Championships

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates the 400 athletes from across the Forth Valley area, including Falkirk East, who took part in the recent Forth Valley Primary and Secondary Cross Country Championships; understands that the P6 to P7 group participated in the primary school race, which was conducted on a one-mile, mixed-terrain course; notes that the secondary school event, which saw entrants from S1 to S6 take part on a mixed-terrain course of one and a half miles; recognises that 10 pupils from across the Falkirk district secured a spot on the podium for their successful races; congratulates all those pupils who took part in the Forth Valley Primary and Secondary Cross Country Championships, and looks forward to seeing the event return in 2024.
