Woodfarm High School Achieves SCQF Silver Status

The motion

That the Parliament congratulations Woodfarm High School on receiving the SCQF Silver Award for the School Ambassador Programme; understands that Woodfarm is the first school in East Renfrewshire to be awarded silver status, and agrees that both pupils and staff deserve to achieve this important recognition; notes that the SCQF School Ambassador programme has developed five themes for schools to focus on in order to achieve one of the awards on offer, which are whole school approach, pupil awareness, parental engagement and understanding, curriculum offer and pathway progression, and development of external relationships, and commends the efforts of Woodfarm High School in promoting positive pathways within the SCQF Framework and for successfully completing the programme to receive the award at silver level.
