Licence to Skill
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Gordon Young, former Motherwell FC coach, on the publication of his autobiography, Licence to Skill; understands that Gordon has compiled over 20 years of entertaining memoirs from his coaching career, which has covered from Cambuslang to Kazakhstan, providing a fascinating, illuminating and humorous insight into the development of players, coaching and attaining the much-covered UEFA Pro License; further understands that Gordon played 333 times for Cambuslang and scored 72 goals before moving into coaching and being instrumental in the development of the well-respected Motherwell FC Youth Academy; wishes Gordon all the best with his tour, and thanks him for his contribution to youth football across the globe.
