Louise Newman Receives MS Society Scotland Impact Award
The motion
That the Parliament applauds Louise Newman from Inverclyde, on raising almost £30,000 for MS Society Scotland since being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS); understands that Louise’s fundraising efforts have resulted in her receiving an impact award from MS Society Scotland, which aim to shine a spotlight on volunteers’ amazing contributions and the impact that they have on people affected by MS; further understands that as well as raising vital funds for the charity, Louise is helping raise awareness of MS and how it can impact people’s lives; thanks Louise for her hard work and dedication to her donation drives, and wishes her well as she continues to fundraise for MS Society Scotland.
