Lanarkshire Carers Exemplary Carer Positive Award

The motion

That the Parliament applauds Lanarkshire Carers on being awarded the highest level of the Carer Positive Award; understands that exemplary status for the Carer Positive Award was in recognition of the creative and innovative approaches to supporting members of staff with caring responsibilities; further understands that Lanarkshire Carers has held Carers Positive Award as Engaged and Established for the last eight years; notes that Lanarkshire Carers works with, and for carers, to develop and deliver services that make a positive difference to their lives; thanks the staff and volunteers for their dedication, and wishes them all the best for the future.
