Snowsport Championship Success for Prestwick Academy’s Ski Team

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates pupils from Prestwick Academy’s ski team on their success in the Ayrshire Schools Snowsports Championships; notes that the event was held at Newmilns Snow and Sports Complex on 25 March 2023; understands that Prestwick Academy had two teams competing, with the S1-S3 team coming second and the senior opening team finishing third; further understands that this was the last race of the season, with the new season set to begin in September 2023; commends the pupils for all the hard work they have put into their training, and wishes the ski team the very best for continued success in the future.
