Aberdeen Bakery Shortlisted for Scottish Baker of the Year Awards

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Aberdeen’s Byron Bakery on being shortlisted for the Scottish Baker of the Year Awards 2023; acknowledges that four shops across the north east have been shortlisted for the prestigious honours, with Byron Bakery situated in Northfield; understands that the Scottish Baker of the Year Awards are managed by Scottish Bakers, and has previously recognised Byron Bakery for their butteries; notes that the winner is due to be announced at a gala dinner in Glasgow on 6 May, and wishes the best of luck to those shortlisted.
