Reconsidering Highly Protected Marine Areas

As an amendment to motion S6M-08766 in the name of Rachael Hamilton (Reconsidering Highly Protected Marine Areas), insert at end “, and urges the Scottish Government to work with fishing communities and economies that have safeguarded the seas for generations to support and empower them to protect these fishing grounds for future generations, and to ensure that appropriate exclusions are put in place to benefit local communities and economies without being to the detriment of the marine environment.”
