Edinburgh Food Project Continues to Help Those in Need

The motion

That the Parliament pays tribute to what it sees as the outstanding hard work that is carried out by the staff and volunteers at seven Edinburgh Food Project hubs across Edinburgh, including Craigmillar; understands that the Edinburgh Food Project, established in 2012, acts as a foodbank in the fight against poverty by providing the public with extensive support, such as a money advice and debt advice service; further understands that the team provides anyone with a wide range of essential food items, and understands that its More Than Food project provides additional support to those who need urgent support with finding somewhere to live and finding a job.
