Ayr’s Vivien Bryan Wins Shona McKenzie Shine Award

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Ayr’s Vivien Bryan on being awarded the s1jobs Shona McKenzie Shine Award at the s1jobs Recruitment Awards; notes that the awards ceremony was held at the DoubleTree by Hilton, Glasgow, on 20 April 2023; understands that the award recognises those who have made an impact within their role over the past year; further understands that Vivien is a Resourcing Partner for Ayrshire’s Buzzworks Holdings, where she recruits staff for its 19 venues, and has recruited 275 individuals in the last year, reducing the business's vacancies by 18%; believes that Vivien has been in her position with Buzzworks Holdings since September 2019, and wishes her continued success in her career.
