The motion

That the Parliament congratulates North East Sensory Services (NESS) on its accomplishment of becoming a finalist at the 2023 Scottish Charity Awards, which is run by the Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations (SCVO); understands that NESS has been shortlisted in the Digital Citizen category, for its work in providing accessible IT and digital training and support to people with sight and/or hearing loss, helping them to live as independently as possible on their own terms; further understands that the charity supports thousands of people with sight and hearing loss in Aberdeen, Moray, Dundee, Angus, and Aberdeenshire; notes the awards ceremony will be held in Edinburgh on 23 June; wishes the nominees luck, and hopes that this nomination leads to even greater success in the future.
