Huntly’s Ailsa Lister Signs Professional Cricket Contract

The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Ailsa Lister on her achievement of signing a professional contract with Scotland’s senior Wildcats team; understands that the 19-year-old cricket player is one of nine Scottish women to receive a professional deal; further understands that Ailsa will train in Edinburgh, as well as at her local Huntly Cricket Club; notes Ailsa’s forthcoming plans to represent Scotland in the World Cup qualifiers in September 2023, and wishes her every success in the future.
