Man On! Inverclyde Employee Makes Charity Awards Shortlist
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Peter Canevale of Man On! Inverclyde on being nominated for the Employee of the Year award at the Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations (SCVO) Scottish Charity Awards, to be held at the Sheraton Hotel in Edinburgh on 23 June 2023; notes the valuable contribution that Peter has made to Man On! Inverclyde’s aims of preventing suicide and enhancing wellbeing by providing safe, inclusive, relationship-focused and trauma-informed environments that remove the stigma attached to mental health; celebrates the achievements of all 32 finalists in 2023’s Scottish Charity Awards; recognises the hard work of SCVO in organising and hosting the Scottish Charity Awards annually, and thanks Peter, Man On! Inverclyde, and all nominated voluntary organisations and individuals for the crucial work that they do in communities across the country.
