Congratulating Thorn Athletic
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Thorn Athletic Football U17 team on winning the inspire sport Scottish Youth FA Cup; notes that the final took place on 14 May 2023 at the Excelsior Stadium, Airdrie, against Blackburn United U17 team and that the result of the match was a 4-1 victory to Thorn’s U17s; understands that Thorn Athletic Football Club will never forget that moment and that it is so proud of the whole team; congratulates the team once again, and wishes it the best of luck in its sporting endeavours in the future.
