Helensburgh Clan Colquhoun Pipe Band Wins at Gourock Highland Games

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Helensburgh Clan Colquhoun Pipe Band on winning multiple prizes at the Gourock Highland Games; notes that two cash prizes and a trophy were received for the band's first win of the 2023 season; understands that the band will be playing at local events, including the Helensburgh and Lomond Highland Games, the Rhu Gala and the Luss Highland Games; further understands that it will also be competing in the upcoming Scottish Pipe Band Championships at Dumbarton’s Levengrove Park and the World Pipe Band Championships at Glasgow Green, and wishes the band every success for the season ahead.
