Jags For Good Raises Over £20,000 to Help with Energy Bills

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Jags For Good on raising over £20,000 for its Energy Fund; understands that Jags For Good, a charity group set up by Partick Thistle Football Club supporters, was originally set up in order to make a difference to the North of Glasgow, in the area’s surrounding the club’s grounds; further understands that Jags For Good launched its Energy Fund in September 2022 with a target of £3,000, and that, after recent fundraising efforts, the Energy Fund now stands at over £20,000; notes that all raised monies have been transferred to the Glasgow North West Foodbank to support people who are struggling with the cost of energy bills amid the cost of living crisis, and commends Jags For Good for this fantastic fundraising.
