St Peter the Apostle High School in Clydebank Reaches Final of Prestigious Public Speaking Contest
The motion
That the Parliament commends pupils from St Peter the Apostle High School in Clydebank for reaching the final of the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service (COPFS) National School Public Speaking Competition; understands that, in a closely-fought semi-final, the school came out on top against Dornoch Academy; notes that it will be competing against Shawlands Academy and the Royal High School on 7 June 2023 in Parliament House; understands that the pupils will be debating the most pressing equality issue in Scotland, and wishes St Peter the Apostle High School all the best for the final.
