Calderbridge Primary School Supporting Coltness Community Larder
The motion
That the Parliament commends the pupils and staff of Calderbridge Primary School, in Coltness, for their donation to the local community food larder; understands that the larder provides support and signposting to residents of Coltness who find themselves struggling to make their finances stretch as a result of the increase in the prices of essential basics due to the current cost of living crisis; further understands that the pupils and staff collected non-perishable foods, toiletries and pet food for Coltness Community Larder; notes that the larder is open on Fridays from 9.30 to 11.30 am in St Mark’s Church, Coltness, and is supported by local volunteers; thanks the pupils and staff for their kindness, and wishes everyone involved across the community all the best for the future.
