Co-operative Fortnight 19 June to 2 July 2023
The motion
That the Parliament celebrates Co-operative Fortnight, which is running from the 19 June to 2 July 2023; considers this as a time to share stories of how co-operatives are making a difference to people, communities and the wider economy; thanks Co-operatives UK for organising Co-operatives Fortnight and supporting hundreds of co-operatives across the UK in celebrating and promoting co-operatives; believes that supporting a co-operative is supporting the community, and sees co-operatives as an altogether different way of doing business.
