Patna Support Worker Julie Gibson Awarded the Isabella Kimmett Compassionate Care Award

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Patna’s Julie Gibson on being awarded the Isabella Kimmett Compassionate Care Award on 7 June 2023; notes that Julie is a healthcare support worker for NHS Ayrshire and Arran and was nominated for her work with the Dunure ward, at Ailsa Hospital; understands that she was nominated for the award by a fellow colleague for her work in developing a tranquil garden for patients at the hospital; further understands that Julie designed and created the space with the help of both colleagues and patients; commends Julie and all NHS staff for their hard work and commitment in their roles, and wishes Julie all the very best in her future endeavours.
