Thanking Asda Galashiels for Donating £17,000 of School Uniforms to Scottish Borders School Pupils

The motion

That the Parliament understands that Asda Galashiels has donated £17,000 worth of surplus school uniforms to over 3,700 primary and secondary pupils within the Galashiels and Hawick areas; believes that the donations will have a substantial impact on Scottish Borders pupils, and recognises the work of Asda workers and Soulspan volunteers in organising and distributing the uniforms to 15 local schools in the Scottish Borders.
