BNF Healthy Eating Week 2023

The motion

That the Parliament understands that the British Nutrition Foundation's (BNF) 11thHealthy Eating Week is taking place from 12 to 16 June 2023; further understandsthat, with the aim to "Find your healthier you", the BNF wantseveryone to reflect on their lifestyles and look to make improvements toenhance their health and wellbeing; understands that the "Find yourhealthier you" message will be supported by five themes across the week,"Know the facts", including information, advice and myth busting,"Make a healthier choice", including tips and tools to make betterchoices, "Plan for success", including ways to plan healthier mealsand menus, "Be the chef", including how to cook healthier options,with links to recipes and ideas, and "Keep moving", to promote theimportance of being active for health, and commends the BNF on its highlyproactive work towards healthier eating for all.
