Congratulates to Isle of Skye Whisky

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Isle of Skye Whisky, a brand within the Ian Macleod Distillers group, on the recent launch of its full range into what it sees as the important United States market; recognises the role that the Isle of Skye itself plays in inspiring these blends and hopes that the launch will be an opportunity to promote Skye itself, and considers that this will only enhance the well-established international reputation of Scotland’s whisky industry.
