Rutherglen Glencairn FC Scottish Junior Cup Finalists

The motion

That the Parliament pays tribute to Rutherglen Glencairn FC for reaching the 2023 Scottish Junior Cup Final; understands that Rutherglen Glencairn has won the Scottish Junior Cup four times in its 127-year history; notes that Cumnock Juniors FC lifted the trophy with a dramatic stoppage-time winner; thanks first team manager, Willie Harvey, who has since retired from football management; congratulates all players, management, coaching and backroom staff for their achievements in 2023, and wishes Rutherglen Glencairn the very best for the 2023-24 season.
