National Lottery Award for Support for Families in Mid Scotland and Fife Region

The motion

That the Parliament welcomes the news that Support for Families has been awarded £9,984 from the National Lottery Awards for All Scotland fund; believes that the group, which is based in Stirling, will use the funding to provide a range of structured play activities for children who live with kinship carers due to a family member's substance misuse, and acknowledges that the project aims to encourage engagement at school, reduce isolation and encourage positive life choices.
