Bridge of Don Sea Cadets Secure Lottery Funding

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates the Bridge of Don Sea Cadets for successfully securing a £9,990 grant from the National Lottery; understands that the funds will be used to replace the engine on the current safety boat, which is used by the Sea Cadets and other local organisations to enable water based activities to take place safely; further understands that the cadets will use the boat to improve their sailing skills, build confidence both on and off the sea, as well as enabling potentially lifesaving training to take place; congratulates the Sea Cadets for securing the funding, and wishes them all the best going forward.
