Kirkcaldy Plumber Rallies to Aid of Fife Deaf Club

The motion

That the Parliament praises the Kirkcaldy plumber, Sean Brown, after he answered an appeal for support by Fife Deaf Club to help repair its new premises; applauds Sean, who read in the Fife Free Press newspaper about the club’s plumbing problems since moving into a rundown building in the town but does not have the funds to make minor repairs; notes that Sean owns the well-established Sean Brown Plumbing and Heating Ltd business in Kirkcaldy, and that he carried out the repairs in the club free of charge to help the club back on its feet; acknowledges that, further to Sean’s work at the club, he also runs ultra-marathons to raise thousands of pounds for local and national charities; commends Sean for his selfless work at Fife Deaf Club and his positive can-do attitude in helping others, and wishes him all the very best of luck for the future.
