Viewpark Conservation Group Secures £109,728 Grant from National Lottery Community Fund

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Viewpark Conservation Group on securing £109,728 of funding from the National Lottery Community Fund; understands that this funding will help the group deliver a programme of environmental conservation and outdoor activity events for the local community; notes that the programme will be led by a professional staff member who will support volunteers and participants; further notes that the three-year project aims to benefit people from the Viewpark area as well as surrounding areas, and wishes the group every success in its endeavours.
