Andy's Man Club, Kenny Armour and James Scade Awarded Health and Social Care Award 2023

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Andy's Man Club, Kenny Armour and James Scade on being awarded the Health and Social Care Award at the 2023 Dunfermline Press and Central Fife Times Community Champion Awards; understands that the category was highly contested, being in its first year; further understands that James was instrumental in establishing the Cowdenbeath group, and that he owes his life to the support network after his own troubles; recognises that Kenny was instrumental in establishing groups across Fife; thanks them for all that they are doing to support men in the local community to be able to speak up about their mental health, and wishes them all the very best for the future.
